Pros

Good money, good benefits, strong HR and IT groups. Very much a team effort to satisfy customer’s needs and of course, be profitable. You can get out of this company what you are willing to put in. I think anyone has a chance to move up the ladder if they are competent and hard working.

Cons

The company structure can be convoluted and difficult to navigate, there are a lots of different departments and “sister” organizations.
