Working at Morris has been a breath of fresh air. Morris is a company big enough to be corporate but small enough to have the personal, mom & pop feel. The employee comes first. Market competitive benefits and strong growth outlooks.

Pros

Ability to work as many hours as you want when management drops the ball on projects. Monopoly on okuma products which sell themselves and require little salesmanship because of their high quality standards.

Cons

Game of thrones style management and employees. They will cut their noses off to spite their face. Work life balance is trash. Management is too busy lying through their teeth to protect their paychecks and the customers go on forgetten and constantly upset. Don't recommend doing anything but syphoning some pay and stepping on this stone to get to the next one.
