Pros

The company has a very caring attitude. Even though it is a corporation it has kept the feel of a family business. No concern is too small or too large. The managers will strive to find an answer to any concerns. I have been employed by Morris for over 18 years. I really enjoy my work and the people I interact with.

Cons

In a position such as service advancement is limited. Pay is good but opportunities are rare.

This company is absolutely committed to taking care of their employees. From the orientation with getting started to the diligence HR has answered any and all questions. A great family feel from leadership down. I also appreciate the fact that you must work hard and give your all to succeed here - again from the top down.

Cons

I work from a home office a majority of the time - it's easy to feel a little disconnected.
