There aren't any pros to working there.

Cons

The work load is very heavy and pay is very low. Management is horrible. They are constantly looking over your shoulder. There isn’t any room for advancement. They will let you go without a warning if business is slow. They are constantly laying people off. You have to do the job of 3 people.
