      Sales focused but a good company to work for

      Pros

      The supervisors are there to help and they make themselves available - you’ll never get stuck on a call without at least one person to reach out to. Company vans are well maintained and stay stocked for on-site repairs. A lot of companies talk about company culture but this is one that actually does it right.

      Cons

      Even then Tech position is sales focused. This can be a pro or a con depending on what you’re looking for in a job. Those looking to make a good base salary by repairing and working on equipment should look elsewhere, get into commercial, or consider warranty work. You will be graded each week on your close rate, your overall revenue, etc. Not necessarily a con, but something to be aware of.

      I enjoyed working here! I loved the 10 hour shifts!

      Cons

      The only cons is working holidays and weekends. That’s a given in customer service. The 10 hour shifts help alot. Advancing was alittle tough

      Coming to Morris-Jenkins after over a decade in public education was the best decision I ever made. Many people that find themselves walking through the door at Morris-Jenkins are leaving a different career path. Speaking form experience, that can be terrifying! Leaving education and coming to Morris-Jenkins was the BEST (seriously, no joke!) decision I've made. The culture is like none I've ever seen. The people here are amazing and always willing to help no matter what. This is a company that truly lives and breathes its core values of honesty, integrity, fairness and respect. The company believe in learning and growth which means there is always opportunities to grow yourself and become the best you that you can be. Morris-Jenkins believes that you should work harder on yourself than you do your job...and that's pretty awesome. Morris-Jenkins is a company you must experience because no amount of reviews will do it justice...you see it for yourself.

      Cons

      I love what I do and am beyond blessed to be at Morris-Jenkins. I do not have any cons to working here.
