      Company has a great culture They work with you to improve your knowledge Doors are always open for advice, whether work related or personal Feel like I have coworkers and friends every day Hours are consistent in my department Great PTO

      Insurance can be a little high Communication BETWEEN departments could be smoother

      Most of the people working there are nice, they try to have fun

      Cons

      The pay over time has become less competitive, MJ is unfortunately not keeping up with the times. It became too hard to pay the bills and i had to go elsewhere. Benefits in general are lacking, health insurance was very expensive even for the least coverage. I did enjoy my time there for the most part and wish i could have stayed. Being "fun" does not pay the bills
