Pros

One of the best things about working at Morris-Jenkins is the strong team-oriented environment. It really feels like everyone is pulling in the same direction, and there’s a real sense of camaraderie among the staff. The leadership is genuinely caring and makes an effort to listen to employees, which makes you feel valued. There are plenty of opportunities for growth, and the company’s commitment to professional development is clear. I also appreciate how Morris-Jenkins upholds its core values of service, integrity, and innovation in everything it does—it’s not just talk here, it’s actually put into practice. Another huge perk is the work-life balance; while it’s a fast-paced environment, they really do understand the importance of family and personal time, which makes a big difference.

Cons

There’s really not much to complain about. It can get busy at times, but that’s expected when you’re in growing organization.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know what you thought of your time here at Morris-Jenkins! We don't believe in pushing sales for the money, but rather, our technicians are trained to offer products and services when they could truly benefit the customer. A lot of our Google reviews even talk about how people like that Morris-Jenkins doesn't try pushy sales tactics. We hate to hear you feel we didn't live up to that. We'll use your review to continue to improve.
