This is the place where company values, employee engagement and development is simply "just how we do things". Company leaders are held accountable for the culture, strive to find the best way to motivate and develop their employee's and really seem to love what they are doing.

Cons

Health insurance is expensive.

Cons

The only con is the health insurance. It isn't great but I know they're working on this.

Pros

The endless training and support given to you by everyone in the company is amazing to say the least. Morris-Jenkins puts so much time and effort into making sure that everyone is happy and doesn't feel lost. The core values are some of the best I have ever had the privledge of abiding by. I would high recommend a career with Morris-Jenkins to anyone that wants a change in their life or looking to broaden their skill set.

Cons

The hours in the Summer are long. It's air conditioning season so it's to be expected but if you have a strenuous home life, it will be a hard adjustment.
