Pros

This company is family oriented and truly cares about you as a person. They abide by their core values (honesty, integrity, fairness, respect). I will retire from here. They love their employees and I am truly happy coming to work everyday. It helps that my boss is amazing.

Cons

Every job has good days and bad days but I can honestly say there are not many cons beside insurance for me. I also know that they are working on improving that all the time so I can't really complain about that either.
