      I truly enjoy coming to work every day and I'm empowered to take care of our most important asset, our customers and our people!!!

      Cons

      I am not able to think of a negative. The company is not perfect and the leadership knows that but they work hard to create a great work environment that allows people to thrive and excel in their work.

      Pros

      This is the place where company values, employee engagement and development is simply "just how we do things". Company leaders are held accountable for the culture, strive to find the best way to motivate and develop their employee's and really seem to love what they are doing.

      Cons

      Health insurance is expensive.

      - Happy, kind people/employees - CEO is an incredible leader - Great pay and flexible schedule - Feel valued and cared for - Fun environment - Learning opportunities

      Cons

      The only con is the health insurance. It isn't great but I know they're working on this.
