Added a very strict 10 point system to help cut back on absenteeism but nobody can predict when they are going to be sick yet if you are sick it's a point and if you go to the doctor and get a slip to prove you went it is still half a point. Points also used to determine whether or not you get a end of year (Christmas) Bonus. Doesn't matter if you put in way more voluntary overtime than what you have in accumulated points after 5pts you don't get a Bonus. So as long as you have all your time to dedicate to your job and hope that life situations don't happen to make you miss more than 2hrs a day (because that's a point) than this is the job for you.
