      Health insurance That is all.

      Cons

      In dietary the managers don’t care about their employees. They lie to you to get you hired. I’ve been bullied by multiple people. Manager said I was too sensitive. We have a 73% turnover rate. I’ve personally seen at least 2 new hires leave within their first 8 hours. No raises even when promised. Parking is horrible. I could go on but there is not enough room.

      I can not think of anything off hand.

      Cons

      Not fairly compensated. Nutrition is not a valued component of the organization or team. All money and attention is directed to foodservice, maintaining the contract with the client and improving patient satisfaction. No resources are provided for continuing education, financial compensation or opportunities for advancement to Registered Dietitians. The employee assessment is based on company wide achievements and does not reflect personal performance- ironically individuals are rated based on employee turnover rate (did not reach benchmark- likely because employees are paid too little and were lost to better jobs)

      Lots of resources for dietitians.

      Cons

      Will add additional job/tasks without compensation that are not included in the original job description. Extremely difficult to determine who provides raises.
