      Regional Support Resources at hand - both clinical and operation Great structure overall Communication from company is outstanding Good team environment Flexible with employee requests

      Cons

      Pay could be better - though it seems to be getting better Benefits are good - could get more sick time/PTO time overall - but still generous compared to other employers

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity - especially if you can move around. Can find different position that align with your interests (over time)

      Cons

      Over time - the raises are small, (especially with current inflation) and you probably need to leave just to keep your salary at market.
