They are progressive with changes but the execution is below poor. The director and supervisors don't listen to any suggestions made by employees. Employees have been told on many occasions by management that we hold no power nor that we are every right in any complaints or concerns. Management have on more than one occasion yelled at employees for no reason. Management has also held inappropriate conversations with each other and employees in the work place. The director has on many occasions yelled at his supervisors in front employees. Management has no respect for union policies and often find ways to undermine employees rights. Management has lied on more than occasion to treaten employee jobs. Management likes to tell employees how to do their jobs when management don't know the job at all. Constant micromanagement which shows no confidants in employees. Over all it has become a hostile environment to work in.

cons are everything with every job but i cannot say anything specific that is negative I would caution any new employees to get information from more than one source because people tend to tell their experience with something versus how it actually is for example relocation packages
