Great company for contract Food Service

Pros

If you can relocate, the skies the limit. Competitive pay, unlimited training opportunities, and the company and leadership genuinely cares about the patients and team.

Cons

It is Contract Food Service in Healthcare, the two most stressful industries combined. Expect the possibility of limited work/life balance, a stressful atmosphere, and be prepared to deal with multiple clients with conflicting goals. Biggest con for me is work/life balance. Don't expect to be able to build a stable life in one location. My daughter is in 3rd grade and has been in 4 schools due to contract changes.
