I really enjoy working at Morrison healthcare as Marketing intern. The marketing department is a big family where everyone is trying to help each other. My managers are always giving me project to work on. I was never threaded as an "intern"

The company is financially stable and there are plenty of opportunities. It's nationwide which leaves you with locations to request to move to if need be.

Cons

I think the best thing is for senior management to listen to the operation management. Also, there are times I feel left out the loop.

Pros

There really isn't much to say about pros. Umm. The meal plan is good but I can't afford even the small fee to get it. I took a massive pay cut working here.

Cons

In interview was promised 12 hr shifts and a raise at 90 days. Never got either. Everyone was promised raises at 90 days. No one has got them. I have 3 yrs experience as a CA... and they instead made me a cook. I tried to explain I don't cook even at home. They still refuse to move me. Recently I put in a 2 weeks notice last Wednesday. My set schedule goes Friday to Monday... I was called Monday and told I would need to work Wednesday and Thursday as well. Employees are always told to trim their overyime. And for my last week I'm being scheduled 11 more than my usual. And usually I already get 33 to 36 hours a week. Don't work in MWC. Oh and I was hired as a dishwasher and he said he couldn't pay me any more than 8.50... I moved to cook. Still only make 8.50.
