      Pros

      Great place to work. Family oriented environment. People focused and always willing to take care of employees. Lots of room for advancement and many people have worked for the company for several years.

      Cons

      Low pay. Need to work on developing entry level employees to mid level careers.

      Pros

      Not very many Pros. They do recognition programs. Events where you have to bring food(at a food service company).

      Cons

      Management NEVER held accountable for ANYTHING, low wages and because of this you cant afford the benefits that are offered, Vacation time is a joke - they say you get 40 hours after a year but in reality you start ACCRUING time after a year. There is never a full staff which means lots of work for a few individuals. They will take advantage of you. There is very little fairness.
