There is a high level of Culinary talent within the company
Cons
Poor on boarding and now they are getting rid of orientation below the Director level. There is very little concern for the employees who make many sacrifices just to get the meals out; Leadership at least three levels up is not connected to the front line, makes back room deals and undermining behaviors. There are seemingly great programs with fancy graphics but very little below the surface. There is no communication and leadership is seriously lacking.
