Management was completely inept. Put on a customer service face to the client, said the right things to keep their noses clean but in the kitchen they were worse than high schoolers. Constant bickering, belittling their employees, and smack talking each other/the client/the employees.

Management was totally unprofessional and does not care. I had been sexually harassed by multiple coworkers, men at least twice my age were grabbing my backside and calling me baby (with multiple witnesses). I told one of my managers and after almost a week I was told I would not work any shifts with the men who had been harassing me. This lasted all of 2 weeks before thing went right back to the way they were before. I expressed my concerns with management again and nothing was done. Management also never cared to actually remember or keep my availability which had been communicated in writing and verbally with them multiple times.
