      70/80 hr weeks, no staff, no quality of life like they promise. Compass will chew you up, spit you out and not even care about doing so.

      Pros

      This company has by far been the most professional experience I’ve encountered during the hiring and interview process. No matter your role, this company has numerous opportunities for you to grow your skills professionally and personally. You have multiple ways to grow your career and step into a lead position and show your skill set on helping to innovate company growth and that’s working side by side with the amazing team and leaders you have with you every step of the way.

      I have no cons to list at all. The company has great opportunities, excellent benefits and awesome leaders with you.

      Forced to give them a positive review when I worked for them

      Pros

      Amount of vacations days " however while on vacation you are still expected to be on conference calls and be on call. Also they can cancel approved vacation days just days before your vacation"

      Cons

      Work 12-14 hrdays 6 days a week. Told to be glad you have a job. Belittled when you catch covid from work. No time for outside life. Never allowed any real days off. Stress is more then any human should be expected to deal with.
