Horrible management and directors. Horrible benefits for hourly employees. We are understaffed and so overworked. We never get reviews or raises except a 1%raise yearly. No Christmas bonus... you have to earn your paid time off... no extra pay for working holidays, nights or weekends and they are mandatory. We never get appreciation or even a genuine thanks when going above and beyond, covering two or more positions every day. They don't want to give overtime, just make you work harder while you are there and it is so frustrating.

TONS of Data Entry which makes it extremely hard to manage department. Lack of training on all of the numerous (and duplicate) sites and applications. Minimal support. Lots of turnover by management Salary isn't the greatest. They typically lowball.
