They give you lots of vacation time

Cons

There is no coverage to help when someone’s off. Don’t let you cash out pto. HR has no idea what they’re doing. If you’re a small account, they could care less. They let their clients dictate your salary and the amount of help you have and dont defend you. They’re awful.
