Management is awful. A lot of favoritism. Lot of workers are friends with supervisors or management outside of work. They are able to get away with things that shouldn’t be happening. More part time employees than full time. Under staffed. Can’t keep people because of people not doing their job on day and that affects night shift. I am a Bi male and was called names and went to management and was told to let it go because this person probably didn’t know what they were doing. This is a very common thing and very common complaints and same issues but they don’t fix them.
