Verbal abuse: Employees are spoken to disrespectfully or belittled. 6. No accountability: Issues and problems are ignored or dismissed by upper management if they liked you. 7. Threats and intimidation: Employees are constantly threatened with termination for minor inconvenience to upper management. 8. No consequences for wrongdoing: upper Managers are not held accountable for their actions. 9. Toxic work environment: Employees feel uncomfortable, stressed, or anxious. 10. Unrealistic expectations: 11. No work-life balance: Employees are expected to work long hours or be constantly available, expect upper management. 12.
