Pros
It is a "teaching hospital" so you can use it to gain experience for the career you want (management always does this). My manager was great about working with my schedule while I was in college.
Cons
High turnover. Coworkers act like high schoolers if you don't fit in with their groups including the supervisor. Impatient with you while you are being trained for your job. The head of the department is very rude. She is the type of leader that treats everyone as if they are beneath her. The manager that hired me was great, unfortunately she moved on to another hospital.
