I like the place I work, the job I do, and the people I work for.

Cons

I don’t like that there’s no overtime, we are always short staffed!, the pay is awful, no holiday pay just your regular pay, doesn’t seem very family oriented.

Pros

Recognition, resources, partnerships, competitive benefit package. The collaboration throughout the region as well as throughout the country is phenomenal. Full support whenever needed. Resources are a phone call away! This company is so much better than Sodexo (where I worked for 8 years)

Cons

Long hours on some days (but I do have the ability to flex my hours based on meetings/ schedules).
