      The benefits, and the people that came into the cafe from the hospital.

      Cons

      No appreciation, the management was unorganized, they never gave respect and always talk down to you in front of customers.

      Pros

      Get to experience a lot and learn different things. Good benefits such as payroll direct and insurance. Meet some new and friendly people. some managers/supervisors are really there to see you grow.

      Cons

      Lack of proper management. Some of the managers/supervisors treat you like you are beneath them. Your hard work goes unnoticed. No holiday pay. A lot of unfair management such as favorites.

      Schedule and balance of work and life. Low level of stress. Able to move within company and the other sectors of compass.

      Cons

      Not much in the way of creative outlets. Redundant policies and procedures that create many levels is bureaucracy.
