In interview was promised 12 hr shifts and a raise at 90 days. Never got either. Everyone was promised raises at 90 days. No one has got them. I have 3 yrs experience as a CA... and they instead made me a cook. I tried to explain I don't cook even at home. They still refuse to move me. Recently I put in a 2 weeks notice last Wednesday. My set schedule goes Friday to Monday... I was called Monday and told I would need to work Wednesday and Thursday as well. Employees are always told to trim their overyime. And for my last week I'm being scheduled 11 more than my usual. And usually I already get 33 to 36 hours a week. Don't work in MWC. Oh and I was hired as a dishwasher and he said he couldn't pay me any more than 8.50... I moved to cook. Still only make 8.50.

Very long hours! Every OTHER weekend. And also is always Very short staffed to get wages down. Supposed to be a "CA" but building trays and doing dishwasher work without extra pay. You never even get properly trained. Your just thrown out to do whatever. And the director told me that I would be making 10 during the interview and never abided by it after hiring. I see why this place is losing contracts. Have to do better by staff not just the "directors".
