      Pros

      Great company with good benefits. Very customer focused in all disciplines. The upper management seem to care about you and your not just a number.

      Cons

      The work/ life balance of people that travel can sometimes be hard. Some people at the top can be inexperienced in the role that they have. A degree is no match to experience.

      The office is full of great team members and team players. There are many exciting projects in all sectors of real estate so opportunities to grow and expand your career are plentiful.

      Cons

      However, experience and job satisfaction can be very team/project specific. Finding mentors and advocates for your personal career growth are crucial or you may get lost in the shuffle if you are not enough of a "look at me" voice.
