      Excellent VP's, General Managers, excellent company overall Great benefits, great HR dept

      Cons

      A club in and of itself. Very different culture. Place high importance on their engineers - other roles not as valued (ie business services such as Admin, Acct, HR, Marketing, etc.)

      Pros

      Work hard and the company will reward you. I have been here 8 months and given up some of my weekend time to come into the office and work on 3D models to ensure clarity between self-perform carpenters and the design teams intentions. I have caught several critical items in the process and I just received a Pinnacle award for my efforts. If you put in the time, the company will reward you for it.

      Cons

      The longer hours are a normal thing for the construction industry. I work 45-55 hours per week on average. It is common knowledge that promotions aren't just handed out, but you need to fight for them. The alternative is you leave the company and get re-hired later with the title promotion.
