      Pros

      Great Place to work at this point. Treated fairly especially if willing to travel. Always surrounded by construction professionals who really know and care about the company.

      Cons

      Out of town projects can receive little attention which is both good and bad. For people just starting their career it can be difficult to get up to speed on Mortenson systems and expectations with out of town teams.

      The benefits at this company are the best I have ever seen. You can tell the owners of the company care about all of their employees.

      Cons

      When I started at this company, the work life balance was out of hand; it has gotten better, as i've changed positions.
