      Pros

      Decent pay for traveling employees. Opportunity to try different operating groups/projects. Good people and culture. Executive team actually seems to care.

      Cons

      Travel pay doesn't scale based on location. Could be paying out of pocket to relocate to high cost of living areas. Actions of some middle managers did not align with company values. Easy for difficult people to work for years in the middle of the company. Long hours on some projects.
