      Fun projects and the resources for a carpenter are great. You will never be without needed tools

      Cons

      After the convention center the jobs died out along with the potential for growth. Employees started to become more of a number and I feel that every career step was met with fierce resistance. Why promote you and then have to train you and someone else to fill the position that you left when they could just train someone for the role that you want?
