Pros

I enjoyed working with clients to design their structures. Pay can be good if micromanagement doesn't destroy the project. I do not recommend working for this company. After 15 years I had to quit.

Cons

Micromanagement. Unethical managers. Multiple layers. Management bloat weighs heavy in this company. With every addition layer of incompetence comes another set of rules or procedures. You cannot function. Promote the worst elements in the company. From the top of the Sales chain down to Regional Managers. The most recent promotion at the top of Sales department is probably the worst. Verbal beat downs rule within. HR does not care nor respond to issues in the field. Severe crew labor and quality issues. Buildings are overpriced for what you receive. Not professionally run organization. Good old boy network out west. Company hires people with zero construction knowledge in sales. They just want to push numbers like vacuum cleaner sales. Management has no respect for sales.
