      I enjoyed the hard work....and my job but no diversity within the company

      Paid well and Morton Buildings are just the best of the best

      Cons

      More bonding, because they go as fast as they can and they will run you out if you can't keep up... and when your new and in the process of learning their ways .....it's extremely overwhelming and I didn't make the cut....I completely understand why they are always in need. I would of liked to been a success story!

      Pros

      401K, Employee owned company. Profit sharing.

      Cons

      treats people differently then others. If you are the crew you get whatever you want. If you are a salesman, administrator you get so much taken away but added more on you to do for the same pay.
