Not concerned with retaining sales people. Everyone else got more during the pandemic. Not sales.

Decent health insurance Flexible schedule ESOP 401k Decent pay You learn good quality skills Room for growth

Cons

Stay outs for weeks at a time Pay is kind of tight They play favorites Hard labor intensive work You can only make so much money You have to work 50 hour weeks to make a decent paycheck
