Horrible Management Lazy Supervisors Plant Management that is racist and LAZY Unprofessional High turnover If your supervisor is not doing their job, they will just move them to another job instead of firing them.

good company- became employee owned. Has the best reputation in the business. High commission potential.

Cons

Way higher priced than competition- in a battle you have to either be a completely seasoned and amazing salesperson or the difference in cost over your competitor will get you shut down.
