Pros

- Unlimited Earning Potential for Sales Consultants, target income should be $100K+ by year 2 if you learn the product, can obtain and leverage your existing owner database and are spending considerable time in your geographic territory - Best product in the industry - 100% Employee Owned with substantial profit sharing - Freedom of schedule (never miss one of your kid's athletic events again!) - Generous 401(k) match and very affordable benefits - Accessible, friendly, open minded corporate leadership - Sales are growing at a substantial rate, even with more competitors in the market

Cons

- Initial training is woefully inadequate, new Sales Consultants must find an experienced Sales Consultant to mentor with to gain product knowledge, might be outside of your local office - Easy to sell through your crew's capacity to build in some cases - Company does a below average job in employing "keep in touch" strategies for their existing owner base. This should be the best source of referrals and there is no formal sales process in place for this effort, up to Sales Consultant to obtain and leverage this database - Local leadership is not yet as forward thinking as corporate leadership is, creates substantial negativity in some cases

Pros

ESOP program being introduced. "Retire a Millionaire"

Cons

Terrible management. New pay matrix is awful. Trying to move up in this company is like climbing a ladder with no arms or legs. Pay rate does not increase as inflation does.
