Pros

Designing buildings for a variety of locations providing creative solutions to various structural issues. There is a real since of ownership, we are all working to provide both internal and external customers what they need. I am proud to be part of a quality end product. The work environment is professional and flexible. We work collaboratively to achieve a solution that gives the customer what they want, is structurally sound, meets building codes, and is constructible for our crews.

Cons

Some very difficult project schedules at times, not different from anything else in the design and construction industry.

Brand recognition and quality materials.

Cons

overpriced products, very little assistance with anything, poor training program, horrible service to past customers with any issue, they allow process to get in the way of progress on every level.
