Cons

Terrible management. New pay matrix is awful. Trying to move up in this company is like climbing a ladder with no arms or legs. Pay rate does not increase as inflation does.

Great work atmosphere, Although it is a big company it is assembled by several smaller offices. Wonderful people that I work with. Work at my own pace type of enviornment

Cons

Can have a feeling that you are at the bottom of the "Totum pole" and very unappreciated while sometimes having the most work to do. Very rarely gives raises
