Upper managements primary goal is to help employees at every level achieve a successful and beneficial career. There is training for every employee to help aid them in developing and achieving their goals. The compensation packages are great with profit sharing, bonuses, and stock distribution.

Cons

There are no cons to working for Morton. If you have a desire to improve and work hard you will be rewarded.

Good work, good crew sizes, ESOP, good benefits

Cons

Mandatory Saturday shifts, poor efficiency from management, poor housekeeping and time management from office secretary, no honest room for advancement, they seem to play a "favorites game"
