      Pros

      Been with company for nearly 25 years, and have worked many different jobs. In each and every position I felt respected, included and valued. I also felt like I was given the opportunity to be as successful as I was able to be. Great company, benefits, and outlook on the future.

      Cons

      Can't really think of any cons. If I had to say one thing it would be that it can be a high stress place to work.

      Pros

      Great company that supports their sales representatives and customers with an extremely high end quality product. The income level is reliant on the individual's skills and work ethic.

      Cons

      Their is a lot of fragmentation amongst the Area Manager / Regional Manager positions, so the ability to experience one on one training is very rare.
