Great work atmosphere, Although it is a big company it is assembled by several smaller offices. Wonderful people that I work with. Work at my own pace type of enviornment

Cons

Can have a feeling that you are at the bottom of the "Totum pole" and very unappreciated while sometimes having the most work to do. Very rarely gives raises

Management horrible with communication. Mixed messages about what was and wasn't expected of me. Fails to follow employee handbook.
