Bonuses, profit sharing, bad weather pay, stocks in the company, decent benefits. Pay out any vacation days left at the end of the year.

Cons

Over worked, always short handed, Get punished for taking days off. Long days in all weather conditions. No freedom durring the day. Manditory 50 hour weeks.
