You get good at fixing problems and covering up management incompetence.

Cons

New Equity owners destroyed an already shaky company. Politics and blame games matter more than results. Ask how many 15+ year salaried employees are left; hundreds were let go for made-up reasons, I was amazed they have not been sued more for horrible HR practices.

Decent pay and average Health Insurance.

Cons

Upper management do not take your recommendations seriously. Nothing is shared within the division. When they finally realize what they have done they blame everyone except themselves. No accountability.

Pay is slightly better compared to other companies, but the higher salary isn't worth having to put up with even more problems for

Cons

Work life balance is horrible because of brutal workloads and employees occasionally being forced to work overtime. Management doesn't provide any support whatsoever, some supervisors are hostile, and leadership is incompetent as well. I definitely wouldn't recommend working here
