Pros

New mgmt team has come in with a positive outlook and energy. Exactly what we need to be successful.

Cons

As onlookers it’s not a good thing when certain team members seem to be too close for comfort. We need to be able come in an speak freely and certain mgmt be around. It’s just a bad look when recent duo team often are unavailable at the same time. Open door policy well why are doors shut. Teamwork is definitely not what new mgmt is flowing down it’s more like a concentration camp. Do as I say not do as I portray. Production is down because no support of the employees. We break our backs for what just to be whipped and told your wrong if it wasn’t my idea. We had such high hopes this is the worse ever morale is down no one wants to go the extra mile because no respect. This new team exactly where did they come from and what’s the connection. A company lost again. Why is there no high level representation of certain people always just workers.

Pros

Excellent place to start off and a couple of great group of people.

Cons

This company was one of the best around until the previous mgmt team all left. Now we are left with people who are their for the money and don’t care about giving us our raises, or feelif they have a fake meeting for black people that they didn’t even attend and yet don’t even talk to us as people that we should feel they care about us as people. All these meetings they had were a show. That lasted a few weeks. Most of the time doors are shut and conversations are one sided as they stay on their phones. Everyone has checked out. Said our hours would change and that hasn’t happened either.

Pros

It has a nice office location in Chicago, that is it.

Cons

There are too many to specify. Terrible management, rampant office politics, if you don't act like a slave and work 24/7 you will not stand a chance. Avoid this company at all costs.
