Pros

Decent work life balance, free snacks, convenient downtown office

Cons

Favoritism runs rampant. Lots of job elimination with Shaping 2030. Opportunity for only a select few. Projects are boring and you will face a lot of bureaucracy to make any change.

Pros

Good location downtown. Laid back office / jeans / casual dress. Good food in cafeteria. Free snacks.

Cons

Management paints rosy picture yet things get worse and worst by the week. Most employees are frustrated and looking for jobs. Shaping 2030 is a fancy word for job cuts - many rumors about jobs that will be cut and moved to corporate office in Germany. Hiring freeze prevents people needed to do work - so the rest of us have more to do. Most are overworked and underappreciated. Plants cannot meet supply chain demand numbers so we rarely meet sales goals. Customers are all mad. Every day is a battle.

Toxic Environment

Pros

It’s centrally located downtown by the River walk.

Cons

Horrible place to work. Toxic environment where people will smile in your face and stab in your chest and back while you are talking to them. Management uses favoritism as a work style. Hard workers are rewarded with an excessive amounts of work while others can work from home whenever they choose. If you are not apart of the favoritism group than expect people to treated you like a criminal with condescending attitudes. Meetings are dispirited. The culture is very toxic. You can discuss grievances with Human Resources but no changes will improve the vile people’s behaviors. Human Resources and upper management is the problem the environment is so hostile. If you want to work at place where you are overworked, under appreciated, character defamed and belittled than this is the right place for you.
