To be honest for this facility nothing comes to mind.

Cons

work ethics. People skills. Productivity. Standard operating procedures. Smart budgeting. Health and safety regulations. Osha regulations these are all over looked in some way to get through a day.

health insurance needs to be reformed tough work/life balance if your a shift worker. Management could be more organized and communicate better.
