Job security, There is nothing else good to say unfortunately.

Cons

Increased cost of benefits negates any raise you may get. Union restrictions and demands make it impossible to succeed if you are a salary person. There are too many cons to list. Management coaches with abuse. You are set up for failure at every position.

Pros

It's in the city. It's downtown. They salt the front of the building in the winter. Train stations are close to the location. I can't even think of any other pros but I have to type at least 20 words.

Cons

Worked with some of the most incompetent people in my career. Inexperienced management at all levels of the company. Seasoned employees run the show while management takes credit and treats people poorly. One of the worst hostile stressful environments. Morale at the company was terrible. When a company has to have HR falsely make claims about how great it is.. Get real. Favoritism was at an all time high.

Overall wonderful people who know what they are doing in every aspect of the word.

Cons

Things can get stressful because of being busy most of the time. However, if you perform your job well, time fly's by and you will never have a dull moment.
