The leadership for the float pool is amazing and tries to accommodate your needs.

Cons

Traveling to different clinics all over the area can be exhausting especially with the cost of gas.

Sometimes jobs that are not in your pay grade is forced on you to do plus some coworkers can often be cold and ignorant
